cut, stamping, application of self-adhesive and others techniques. You

Functions
Sealing
- Tapes and joints for sealing
are produced in materials of closed or opened cells, with or without self-adhesive.
The tapes are supplied in reels up to 20 m, with width and thickness
according to costumer's specification. The printed self-adhesive joints
can be supplied separate or in continuous form, " Kiss-Cut ", in reels
or in sheets.
Thermal
isolation - closed cellular structure
and low density is an important characteristic for an insulator. Stamp
Spumas has some materials with these features, supplied in any dimension,
with or without adhesive surface. Expanded polyethylene tubes - Isoltube
- and sheets of the same material - Isolsheet - are products of high performance
especially developed for this use.
Acoustic
isolation - Stamp Spumas
has a line of products for acoustic isolation. There are three ways to
reduce a noise with acoustic barriers:
To isolate noise with
a dense wall.
To absorb noise with
a foam of opened cells in the walls.
To eliminate vibrations
through cushioning chocks between the source and the ground, with vibration-proof
parts in points where vibrations occur.
Damping
/ Packing - Flexible Foams are
excellent for damping and packing. There are many kinds of foam for
this use, from the softest polyurethane until hard polyethylenes. Our flexible
foams can be used, for example, in sport protection, industrial security
and high efficiency packings for fragile instruments.
Fluctuation
- The main uses of polyethylene
foam with closed cells are in life-guard equipaments, buoys and accessories
for swimming. The high capacity of fluctuation - up to 950 kg / m3
of the material - also is used in products of the off-shore sector , as
floating hoses and big buoys.
Padding
/ Wadding - The most popular foam
is made of polyurethane with opened cells, used in pillows and cushions.
Beside this common kind of foam, Stamp Spumas supplies other
materials with different format and hardness for padding details in furniture,
clothes, shoes and purses.
